Instructions For Ordering Prints
This printable order form is for ordering prints that will be printed by Jack Powers Photography. You may pay by check, make special requests like cropping or eliminating objects from the picture, or request other enhancements.
When your order is received it will be processed within 7 days and you will be emailed an invoice. The invoice will include your print order itemized cost, shipping and state tax. Pricing for prints is the same as listed on the Shutterfly Album page. Shipping is $2.25 and State tax will be included.
